Women play a very important role in every men's and family's lives. They are known as the support system in the lives of their family. Apart from that, we have a lot of women who had made their Country Pride with their work.


This post will talk about Women's achievements and how they made their country proud of there work. Countries like India, Women still have certain barriers from their families and relatives when it comes to pursuing their dream. So, hopefully after reading this post about the women's achievements we might be able to inspire the citizens and te them the importance of Women empowerment. 


5. Saina Nehwal - 


Saina Nehwal is an Indian Badminton Player. Saina Nehwal has won 11 Superseries titles with a total of over 24 international titles.


 In 2015, an only female player from India who had become World's No.1 Ranking Player. Saina Nehwal had won Bronze Medal in the Olympics becoming 1st Indian Badminton player to have won an Olympic Medal. Saina Nehwal is only Indian who won at least one medal in every BWF Major Event.


Here are some of her achievements, World's No.1 Badminton Player, 1st player to win Olympic Medal, Only Indian to have won the BWF World Junior Championships, 1st Indian to win a Superseries Title, 1st Indian to win 2 Gold medals in Commonwealth Games.


Saina Nehwal was Felicitated with Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna and Arjuna Award in 2009. Recipient of Padma Shri Awards and Padma Bhushan Awards.


4. Hima Das - 


Hima Das who is also known Dhing Express is as Indian Sprinter. 


Hima Das was the first female sprinter to win a Gold Medal at an International Event in 400m at U-20 Championships 2018. Hima Das had also won Gold Medal in 4 × 400 m mixed relay. In 2019, she had won 2 Gold Medal in 200m and 1 Gold Medal in 400m.


Hima Das was awarded Arjuna Award in 2018. Hima Das is the first female sprinter to win Gold Medal in Track Event.


3. PV Sindhu - 



PV Sindhu is an Indian Badminton Player. PV Sindhu made her debut in 2009.


PV Sindhu is the first Indian to become the Badminton World Champion and also 1st Indian woman to win five or more medals at the Badminton World Championships. PV Sindhu is 1st Indian Player to reach final in Summer Olympics in 2016. PV Sindhu has also won Medals in the 2018 Commonwealth Games and Asian Games.


PV Sindhu was in Forbes list of Highest-Paid Female Athletes in 2018 and 2019. PV Sindhu was awarded Padma Shri Award in 2015 and Padma Bhushan Award in 2020 and also Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna and Arjuna Award.


2. Smriti Mandhana - 


Smriti Mandhana plays for the Indian Women's Cricket Team. She is a Left-handed Batsmen. 


Smriti Mandhana was Best Women's International Cricketer in 2018 named by BCCI and in the same year she was awarded by Rachael Heyhoe-Flint Award for the best female cricketer of the year by ICC and also ODI Player of the Year by ICC.


Smriti Mandhana won International Woman Cricketer of the Year award at CEAT International Cricket Awards 2019 and became 1st Youngest T20I Captain 

for India. 


1. Mary Kom - 


Mary Kom is one of the Inspiring Women of India. She is an Indian Olympic Boxer and after these statistics now your mind will just blow off and then will get to know why she is known as the Inspiring Women for India?


So here are some Statistics, Mary Kom is the only Women who became record six times World Amateur Boxing Champion, Only boxer to win World Championship Medals 8 times. Mary Kom is the first Indian Women Boxer to get Gold Medal in Asian Games and Commonwealth Games.


Mary Kom was titled with "Meethoi Leima" known as a great or exceptional lady by the Government of Manipur. Mary Kom was awarded Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan, and Padma Vibhushan awards.
